Learn to program and develop your possibilities beyond the borders of Slovakia
Study trip/excursionThe exchange programme between the Secondary Technical School of Civil Engineering in Nitra and the Secondary Technical School in Havlíčkův Brod focuses on developing students’ skills in digital architectural design. The main aim is to train participants in the use of ArchiCAD, a key BIM software commonly applied in contemporary construction practice. During the one-week stay, students will take part in workshops and practical lessons led by specialists from the host school. They will learn how to model building structures, create basic documentation, and prepare simple architectural visualizations. The final outcome of the programme will be a small independent project in ArchiCAD, which students will present at the end of the stay. The programme also includes professional and cultural activities. Students will visit the company Chládek a Tintěra, a.s., which is active in civil and transport construction. This visit will provide insight into real construction processes and the organization of building works. In addition, they will visit the historic town of Kutná Hora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which will enrich the programme with cultural and architectural context. The project supports the connection between theoretical education and practical application, strengthens cooperation between partner schools, and contributes to the development of professional competence and cultural awareness among students.
V4 transnational workshop
Seminar/workshopThe V4 Transnational Workshop will bring together HR professionals, academics, and consultants from all four Visegrad countries to consolidate insights from the national workshops (Output 2). Participants will review the draft HR models and guidelines developed so far, share national experiences and best practices, and formulate regionally relevant recommendations. The format will include interactive group sessions, expert dialogues, and facilitated reflection to ensure both content validation and methodological learning. The results will directly inform the finalisation of the HR tools (Output 1), feed into the Closing Online Conference (Output 4), and strengthen the V4 HR Professional Network (Output 6). The workshop ensures that solutions are tested across contexts and refined collaboratively, making them both locally useful and regionally aligned.
