Contracting

The Visual & Sound Arts, Literary Arts, Performing and Fashion residencies can be implemented after the contract is signed between the Fund, the host organization, and the artist. The host institution is to assure the signature of its statutory representative and the artists and to send one signed copy of the contract to the Fund.

Payment

1st installment

The Fund shall disburse the 1st installment no later than 15 working days after the reception of the duly signed contract. The 1st installment is in the amount of:

• 50 % of the scholarship in the case of Literary Residencies (standard autumn edition)
• 90 % of the scholarship and lump sum in the case of Performing Arts and Visual and Sound Arts Residencies
• 100 % of the scholarship in the case of Residencies in New York, Literary Residencies (compact spring edition) and Fashion Residency

2nd installment

If applicable, the Fund shall disburse the 2nd (final) installment within 15 working days upon the reception of the relevant documents which are:

• for Literary Residencies (standard autumn edition), the interim report & confirmation of continuation of the residency issued by the host organization.
• for Performing Arts and Visual and Sound Arts Residencies, the final report written by the artist and the host organization.

The amount of the 2nd installment is 50% of the scholarship for Literary Residencies (standard autumn edition) and 10 % of the scholarship for Performing Arts and Visual & Sound Arts Residencies.

Reporting

The Final Report is to be submitted by the artist and the host institution no later than 30 days after the end of the residency at the latest.

Additionally, residents are required to upload images captured during their residency and provide web links to any related posts. 

Residents are kindly requested to upload Final Report (pdf file) through the my.visegrad.org system and submit the report.
