This year edition of the Visegrad Fashion Residency has successfully concluded in Milan, marking the end of a two-month creative journey for 4 emerging fashion designers from the Visegrad region.
Representing the V4 countries, Monika (Hungary), Barbara (Czechia), Paulina (Poland), and Zuzana (Slovakia) spent the residency developing their creative practice, exchanging ideas, and expanding their professional experience in the inspiring environment of Accademia Costume & Moda.
The programme culminated in the residents' final presentations, where they showcased the outcomes of their design research and creative development to fashion professionals and representatives of the Academy.
The residency concluded with a certification ceremony during which the participants received their certificates from Furio Francini, CEO of Accademia Costume & Moda; Luigi Cuzzolin, Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Milan; and Claudio Marenco Mores, Head of Business and Product Ecosystems at the Academy, who supervised the residents' projects throughout the programme. The ceremony recognized both the successful completion of the residency and the participants' dedication over the past two months.
The International Visegrad Fund is proud to support talented designers by creating opportunities for international collaboration, artistic growth, and professional development. We congratulate all the residents and wish them all the best in their future achievements.
