Technical parameters of the space:
Studios range in size from 14 to 20 square metres and are naturally lit and well-ventilated thanks to large windows. Each studio has a desk and a chair, and the courtyard is equipped with CCTV surveillance and a 0-24 security service on the premises. The ground floor has shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a garden and mini pond.
Accommodation possibilities:
The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Torula Studio House and is located in the Distillery and Refinery Ltd. premises. The studio apartments have a separate kitchen and bathroom, as well as a single bed, a lockable wardrobe, a desk and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron). Internet access is available free of charge throughout the house. The courtyard is equipped with CCTV surveillance system. Access to the artists' apartment is by code system.
